I'm sorry you're experiencing such scary things, bluebicycle. Please talk about this with your psychiatrist. If they get any scarier or put you in danger, call your psychiatrist immediately or even go to the ER, if you fear for your well-being.

I don't believe in ghosts, bluebicycle. I really don't. My view is that such things are a result of either the brain playing tricks on itself, some dream or half sleep dream, possibly psychosis, or in rare cases, someone playing a prank or deliberate scare, or an illusion (again, kind of brain playing tricks). Perhaps such things could even be caused by other types of illness besides a psychotic illness. I think the prank guess and a couple others seem unlikely, though. It's important to figure this out.

Do you believe the voice to be real when you're hearing it? A psychiatrist would be helped by knowing that. If you believe it is an hallucination while it's happening, try to remind yourself that it's not real. If you believe it's real while it's happening, but later wonder or dispute it, that shows some insight.
