I wouldn't worry too much about getting exact. Nutrition info is only required to be within 20%. Restaurants are notorious for using a below normal sized serving to get lower calories. They may list the weight and then have you just assume that it's about average when it isn't. Labels can be off in either direction, so they average out semi accurate, but there is no need to trying to get 5 or 10 to try to land on exact number.
