I was 153 exactly today. I have about 4 days before I get my period. So I might gain a few pounds of water weight in the next couple days. Today was 1200 calories again. I had McDonald’s but just a 6 piece chicken nugget and small fry which came to 500 calories. My 10AM snack was 240 calories and my 3PM snack was 60. Dinner was 400.
