Yes I guess I can sort-of relate this. I'm a pretty reclusive person nowadays. For me it's not so much feeling like everyone hates me as it is me simply not wanting to have anything to do with anyone. But either way I suspect the underlying reason for it may well be anxiety.
You mentioned feeling the way you do is stressful & makes you anxious. It may well be one of those situations where anxiety caused you to feel as though people hate you to begin with & then experiencing those emotions aggravated your anxiety & stress. So it becomes something of a vicious circle so to speak. The good thing is, I would presume, you're aware of the problem & how you tend to react. So you can do things to remedy the problem. So that's a good thing!
