I was 153.2 today. So probably water weight gain from PMS. I had 825 calories so far today. Some string cheese and a corn soufflé and a cup of chicken noodle soup. I’m not sure what to do with my remaining 375 calories. I’ll probably just find another TV dinner. I wasn’t too hungry today. I’ve been sticking to this 1200 calorie thing since Thursday So the weight gain must be from PMS. My weight might even be higher tomorrow from the sodium I’ve had today.
Edit. I had a 100 calorie bag of popcorn and I had some chicken for dinner. So I have down 1,085 calories total for the day. Kind of low but at this point I don’t really care. It’s just one of those days.
