Didn't weigh this morning; got stupid again yesterday. Today, so far I had 100 calories (egg whites) for breakfast, 180 (chicken sausage and cheese) for lunch and a 79 calorie banana for a snack. I will have some baked chicken and a small sweet potato for dinner, probably totaling ~350 and do a long gym session tonight (as in watch a feature film on the ARCTrainer and then do some weights long). I got so stupid yesterday (and prior days with food rolled over) that I will probably be about even again. I think I can stick it out and make it; I feel more determined.
