It sounds like your husband lacks empathy and nothing you have said or done to help him understand your condition has changed his behaviour.

Your description of his blame and criticism sounds like it could be abuse. Maybe your T can give you some ideas on how to cope with this but I don't think helping him 'understand' is going to change anythign because he doesn't seem to want to understand.

Maybe the answer is to confront your husband with his behavior. Not sure what else to say.
