I weigh 168 pounds. This has been the case since Nov 8 which is over one week ago. I am always trying to come up with meals to reach ny 2500 target. This does not account for exercise. So I am going to come up with menus for the entire week. I will purchase groceries accordingly. This will save me money. When I do not have a clue as to what to do for dinner, I go out to a restaurant with inexpensive food, like for the $2 pancakes at Dennys. McDonalds has an online coupon for a McDouble hamburger for $1. Still it all adds up.
