Yes, I've been told it's easier to lose b4 menopause-I lost 25 lb. before-6 years ago so I know I can do it again.
I'm reading nutritional labels and seeking a LOW(single digit) sugar content as well as single digit fat content. It's amazing how much there can be in frozen meals!
I eat no dairy-allergies-eat a lot of fruit, am laying off sugar for Lent and beyond. I don't drink due to my meds-know that can add calories.
