Just under 157 this morning even without crazy amounts of exercise last night. Because of not getting the planned long exercise session last night, I am still rolling forward ridiculous calories by logging food actually consumed days ago, but I left yesterday about 170 over. With paddling this afternoon and exercise early AM tomorrow, it's possible I will end Monday close to even and still give me Tuesday and Wednesday to try to get a good deficit going into Thanksgiving.
EDIT - Paddling partner for the afternoon wants to go tomorrow instead. I can flex work and do that, so I am going to reverse my plans - go to the gym tonight and paddle tomorrow. that actually works to my advantage; it can be a log session tonight.
