I weigh 153 and at 145 I’ll be considered a normal BMI for my height, but I just look pretty bad for 153. I feel like I have a lot more to lose. My mom agreed with me. I’m wondering if strength training would help. I just look kind of lumpy and bigger then 153. I’m wondering if 130 instead of 135 would be better. Honestly the pictures of me at 173 look better then at 153. Like I look skinner. Why would this be? I don’t have any loose skin. It just seems like the more weight I lose the heavier I look. I don’t understand it. I can’t possibly be/look fat at 130 pounds right?
