It hits people in different ways. Don't isolate yourself, talk to people it helps. Coming up to Christmas there will be all sorts of opportunities to talk to people. Look on meetup.com and see if there are any groups you fancy. Look at what's going on locally. Maybe there are things you could go to. Dinners, church events, christmas concerts, whatever. Maybe use the lelplines. Like i always say to people on here feel free to pm me. I will always answer. Best wishes.
I am unable to go out I have server agoraphobia ,lucky for me I have a friend who comes and sits with me twice a week.I love her so much
My mom lost her will to live two weeks before she passed away she wouldnt even talk to me or anyone else for that matter. She hasnt been right since my dad died ,she starved herself to death I heard she was nothing but skin and bones,She wouldnt eat, drink or take her meds. All she did was sleep all day long I knew right away that was not a good sign and now she is happy because she is with my dad,I lost both parents less then 2 years she was so very sick they wanted to do surgery but my son said no he didnt want to have to suffer like this anymore,She was 91.Her and my dad were married over 70 years.Mine would have been a lot more if my husband hadnt passed away at 51.
