I think about sexual acts all the time, like in every moment of the day i just feel aroused randomly and i start thinking about just this kind of thoughts, even when im at work, church or just listening to music, im still a virgin, but ive been with a guy and just almost had sex but it started hurting and i got scared and backed off, so is it that im just very sexually frustated or what can i do to like just stop having innaproppiate thoughts
