I have been confused and recently it has become worse. In the afternoon, I stopped off at my lawyers office to drop off a check. Soon after that I started to become more confused. I had a pdoc appointment but I stopped off at a bank for money. I then went to my pdoc appointment. It took me some time since I ended up lost. I know where I live pretty well. This should of not happened.
After I saw my pdoc, everything started to feel very strange like I was in a different city from my own. It felt unreal. It took me lets say over a half an hour to get sonewhere ten minutes away. I kept getting lost. I then went to Dennys. I went past the place two times without realizing it. Get this. I knew where I wanted to drive, but I ended up in front of my pdocs office again. This was not where I was going to. Within an hour I started not to feel this way. I think being absent minded does not explain all if this.
I fear that this may be early onsent dementia. I am not looking for a diagnosis. I am wondering with all of your experienses whether you have experienced this before, and as a consequense, tell me what your pdoc diagnised it to be in your particular cases.
