I did the SAME thing with my oldest when she was just a few days old. Well, I was cutting nails and cut too deep...she bled too.

I was afraid too and starting biting her nails...did all my kids that way. I would just bite the corner of those paper thin nails and they just peel away nicely...no sharp corners that way either.

He's fine, sweetie, and I know how that feels.
