My weight is 168. Ever since I stopped running and allowing a few days at 2400, and then 2500, I have been able to maintain my weight for three weeks. Perhaps this is my baseline without exervise. If this remains to be tge case, at tge end of four weeks, I will start running again. I cannot inagine how I will be able to consume more than 2500 calories. Like UpDownAround has said in the past, I will need to eat more calirie rich yet inexpensive foods. I will now begin to eat peanut butter sandwiches until I can solve this problem with other types of food. I know, I will make home made peunut butter. No chemicals and I like the flavour. This is very simple to do.

OK, mashed potatoes sounds good to me. Perhaps I can eat more side dishes with my meals. Some are prepackaged, and I do not think they cost much. Also maybe corn, beans, and asperigus spears. A side of rice pilaf gets me 350 to 375 calories alone. I think a shake will help too which can turn into a protien shake by adding caesine powder. This will add 100 additional calories. One slice of pizza is 700 calories. WOW. There are other dishes that can provide me significant calories. So I will focus on those dishes.

I will have to go shopping today.
