So sorry. I've had the derealization/depersonalization, but it's been a coping mechanism I've used early on in life. Sometimes, it is unsettling how much I do it lately. 300 mg of Wellbutrin is a high dose so it is worth looking into if that could have caused it. I don't know why, but Wellbutrin just makes me so forgetful.


I'd talk to both your pdoc and get checked out by any specialist your PCP thinks it is worth seeing. Remember, we tend to tell ourselves it is always the worst case scenario, and that is usually not the case. In fact, most of the time, it will not be the worst case scenario but something else entirely unexpected.


Do get yourself checked out ASAP though because going around like that much longer sounds very dangerous.
