I have 3 inner voices, my own, Amy, and a sassy african american woman who has no name. The concern i have is "Amy" is more than an inner voice. She is all my negativity about myself personafied and she has "taken over" before. When she takes over its her but also myself. Im completely aware of whats happening, and almost feel im in control, but my actions, personality and speech is driven by Amy. She hasnt come out in a while but i wanted to know is this an alter ego or what is this? It's always concerned me since i have no idea what it is.
