k so i hav a chice 2 get gelp n i talked 2 my health teacher today about my probs n i was open to him kinda but i think he is thinkin im usin drugs which im so dumb cuz i cut myself n i got high how dumb n then i cut myself more but i didnt tell him that so tomorrow i hav to tell him 3 things i want him to do to help me n i dont know wat to tell him. any suggestions on wat to do?
