I decided to follow an actress on Instagram and to my surprise, she followed me back! I found out recently she unfollowed me.

I was kind of upset because I overanalyzed it. I thought maybe it was my fault she unfollowed because maybe my page is boring? I hate getting rejected. Eventually I stopped letting it get to me, but how do I just not blame myself/overanalyze when these things happen?
