Dear, remember that the world will continue to go around, the sun rise and set down, seconds, minutes, hours and days will pass, even if we live in a troubled moment, even if we have no gope, at that moment.
We are part of this and it would be better to tale advantage of every moment. The routine is safe, when you are down, because there are things, as your job, that you MUST do.
When you feel your thoughts are coming, start do somethin else, go outside, start cooking, take yourself busy, speak to someone on you street (a waiter, a clerk, your barman). Tell them something simple happened to you, an inconveniet of daily life, bevaute they will tell you something else, and you will start a conversatione.
Nobody has to feel what are tou feeling, we have to be in peace and self-confident that we are the right person in the right place, and we can change what’s wrong. Have hope.
