The usual treatment for borderline personality disorder is dialectical behavioral therapy, DBT: An Overview of Dialectical Behavior Therapy I am actually very interested in this treatment, but the only places in my city that do it are very expensive and don't take my insurance. However, you can get a DBT skills workbook and try to do it on your own.
