I'm sorry to hear about this. To me it sounded like tennis was a good thing. Do you prefer to be all alone? Would you want to have a good friend? If you like to have a friend, was there someone at tennis you could have connected with?

I spend a lot of time alone myself. When I was younger, it really got on my nerves to be alone. But now, I have been alone so long that it doesn't phase me anymore. But still I would like to have some kind of companionship. That's just me anyways.

I hear you about losing interest in tennis. I have not been involved in any sports in a very long time. Though I keep in shape with bike riding, walking, and working out. There are times when I feel like I'm losing interest in working out and bike riding. With working out, it's hard work and sometimes I get hurt. In bike riding there's anxiety about getting a flat tire or breaking down a long way from home. But I feel like those two things are important to me.

I wish for the best for you. Hope your cold gets better!
