@Tucson - A lot of times all we can do is guess and then react to trends if they occur.
I keep rolling forward several hundred calories without making much of a dent in it. I am thinking about not rolling it after today and just setting my goal lower for a while. So much of this is mental. It's like once I concede that I am not resolving the rolled forward calories today, I no longer have a strict goal. I really want to be solidly below 155 before Christmas.
EDIT - I deleted 3 high calorie items that had been rolled forward for 2 or 3 days. This puts me back below goal though I will go over at dinner. I won't roll that either. I will just keep it low. One reason I will certainly go over at dinner is that I have set my goal low again. Yet I just had a roll with honey as a snack. Leftovers need to go...
