I will have consumed about 2500 calories by the end of the evening. I am baking a short rack of ribs. For $17, I ended up with the equivalent of six short racks of ribs. I just found out that I should have placed it on a metal rack. Unfortunately, as a consequence, I consumed allot of liquid fat. Drowned out the flavor. So I am sure that this added allot more calories.
Note: Soy sauce, ginger, scallion, garlic, and honey or jam is a good way to glaze pork. This is a good enough excuse to get some honey. But there are many different kinds of honey.
