I think by just accepting things as they are, and doing things that need doingg in order to lead a better quality of life
I'm strong in some ways but weak in a lot of others
for example: I'm weak when it comes to general hospitals, dentists, self improvement, self worth and actually getting things done that need doing, but strong in other ways: like for example trying to kill myself 5 times yet still being here or living without support of family/ friends or realising that just because I have 3 diffrent mental illnesses and some physical issues, their are still people worse off
