Ironically I am missing my narcs,I am 10 days no contact,got trauma bonding going on,feeling abandonment issues,am in shock still after latest cycle of abuse.I am afraid but determined its going to end now I will no longer be in a relationship with my abusers,emotionally violent towards me and gas lighting me.I can't allow that anymore.
I am tired of being used and abused.I feel this is the beginning for me and the end for them.
