I have suffered with sleep problems for a long time, but recently had luck with cold water therapy. I sleep much better now than I ever have. So I basically take the coldest shower possible every day.
I believe saunas are also supposed to have similar effects, but have not tried them personally.
I also use a blue light filter on my phone and just try to avoid using my phone in the afternoon. Avoid all blue light, not just your phone. Also, try to expose yourself to as much sun as possible when you first wake up. I also sleep with ear plugs. You also want to sleep in a cold room, but warm your feet and hands if possible. Regular exercise is also very helpful. I'm pretty sure all the advise I'm giving is backed up by science I've read about at one point or another, but I don't have time right now to go digging to find the references. I hope some of this helps.
