I stuck to it yesterday. 1500 exactly (it is never exact, but that's what logged items add up to) today.
I worked out this morning. My latest plan is to have a protein bar right after working out and then treating all days pretty much the same outside of that. So I won't have a higher allotment for meals and snacks on workout days. That's what I did today. Actually a protein bar and some yogurt pretty much hit the total I logged for exercise. i can still have snacks, but will limit it like any other day.
