Having some minor suicidal ideation. Nothing I'm considering acting on, but it probably means it's time for me to acquire that med again.
Not sure whether or not to tell you this. I don't want you to overreact to the suicidal ideation, and I know you don't approve of the self medicating.
I wish you'd chill about it. It feels patronizing. I've read all the research. I defer to you on psychology, so how about you defer to me on biology?
