I blew it again late yesterday. I decided to weigh again this morning to give myself a good swift kick. Every recent day but the day before yesterday has been over, some by quite a bit. I was 159.6; right up at the very top of my range.

I should probably adjust the range. In early January I have a physical and there is a reasonably good chance that I will officially be 5'7". That matters because I calculated my original weight loss goal of 164 based on that being a BMI of 24.9 at 5'8". At 5'7", 24.9 is 159. So if I am actually 5'7" now, I am technically ever so slightly overweight. I should us 145-155 and try to stay around 150. That's 10 pounds away. not just a minor adjustment.

Am I playing head games with myself? Maybe. But it really spooks me that I don't seem to be in control of my eating lately. I just keep hitting the gym for heavy cardio to burn off just enough to stay in range. I am getting a shoulder scoped early next year and will go weeks without a workout that burns more than a couple of hundred calories.
