I didn’t eat a ton today. I had an iced coffee for breakfast. A raspberry lemonade, half a New York strip steak and half an order of fries for lunch. The rest of my lunch I had at 3PM. A 36 calorie piece of candy at 6. Nothing for dinner. I worked today too. So a lot of lifting and standing and stuff At this point I think I’m just maintaining my weight.
Yeah I just calculated and I estimated everything at around 1570 calories. So more then usual, but still not much at all.
