It's a short clip from his biographical movie, the Theory of Everything. Although the audio quality isn't very good (probably altered to avoid copyright strikes), it's the scene in the movie where he says the quote at the end of his speech. The quote itself was spoken before the movie came out, however, it's just a graphical representation of the quote.
