I took myself off my meds overnight coz my doc had me on Zopiclone and a few other things for over 9 months, you're not supposed to be on them that long and she wouldn't cut me down gradually. I feel weak for saying so but I need to be back on something.

Friends do take me out on day trips to beach, spa etc in Summer but I can rarely leave the house in Winter.

My Social Worker is looking to get me a daily carer as I'm supposed to have full-time care anyway. But it's being done through the NHS so waiting lists, red tape etc. I will mention to her to check out Mind though...thanks for that one.

And I'm sure your hubby will get there with all the love and support he has.
