As I was ordering Christmas gifts I realize amazon has all of my house hold needs. I don't have to go to walmart ever. The prices are comparable. Then there's uber eats and instacart So honestly I don't have to go anywhere. It makes it a lot easier for me to isolate but it also a lot easier for me as far as my anxiety/paranoia and of course impulse buying but will it make our depression worse?
