I've been extra triggered recently and it is helping for me to focus on what works. Anything can be seen as a success, even if brushing my teeth daily is all I can come up with sometimes.
What is working for you?
Today when my neighborhood got noisy and chaotic it helped to close my blinds to keep the view out but the light still coming in, to turn on a fan for background lulling sound, and to use earplugs.
A walk in the spring sunshine helped me get fresh air and some new perspective. I saw new spring flowers.
Today it helped me to remember that I've survived being triggered plenty of times before, I'm a good person, and I can use good self care.
