Kalamity, can you talk to yourself as if you were your own (really good) parent - like you would to a child that was lost and scared? You've got you this time around.... talk yourself through things. I have to do this when my internal system is overwhelmed - and it sounds like you're constantly overwhelmed... kind of take your own hand and guide yourself as you would a little one that needs help.
