I got over some of my rituals. I tend to get really obsessive and hadn't realized that I had been forcing myself to eat the same exact thing every day out of fear that something would happen.
So, I know it's not a big deal but I just had a bagel for breakfast! I bought some chicken too (I'm afraid of eating meat at home) which I will try and cook tomorrow.
