I know it's difficult to focus on the idea of making a doctor's appointment when your moods are changing dramatically but it's probably the best advice I can offer.
I think that lying in bed and listening to some "spa" music while meditating is helpful I find it helpful when I have problems with anxiety. I hope you can find some comfort it sounds like your life is full of demands on your time. Since I mentioned spas, sometimes a good massage or a facial can help distract you for at least an hour.
