I'm sorry you're struggling If you don't feel like you can love her 100%, or trust her completely, I'd say perhaps the best option is to just let her go. She deserves someone that loves her fully and that can accept her past, her condition and her personality just as it is. I'd suggest to really think about this decision and see if you want to share your future, and the rest of your life, with this woman.
