I think you've done a really poor job handling all of this. And as much as I want to hate you, I don't. I think you're learning, and trying to do what you feel is best in a difficult situation. May your mistakes with me benefit someone else.

I'm planning on doing a slow transition like we've discussed. So at least I'll have a soft place to fall if things don't go well with someone new. But I think I'm pretty well ready to move on. Hopefully the time we have left will be productive rather than destructive.
