Hey, I keep one...for much the same use as you, it is really helpful for helping me process what's going on, and, so healing, in terms of getting things out of me. My Therapist says it's a really good selfhelp tool. I try keeping it daily (as was recommended to me) but, sounds like your getting the best possible benefits, out of exercise. Hope it continues to aid xx
