I took care of my physical health today, got up early enough to eat breakfast, brush my teeth, and take a shower (a rare occurrence). Then I went to a volunteer event which involved interacting with people and spending time in the fresh air and sun. It was physically exhausting, but I feel much better than when I stay home all day doing nothing.

Thank you.

Eventually, I will possibly try to go vegan, but I would have to work on substituting certain foods, while still getting all the nutrients needed, and stay disciplined (and doing some research on foods). For now, I am going to start with smaller changes and watch my body adjust though.
