haven't taken either. because it seems that lithium+tranquilizer=higher rate of EPS, I'd personally say look for the one that causes fewer twitches, spasms, etc.

to me, it looks like Latuda whens in tolerability, but...its still an antipsychotic, no matter how 'atypical.'
