I use Seroquel when I haven’t slept well/at all for a few days and need to ensure I get some good sleep. 50-100 mg is usually enough. I don’t take it regularly due to weight gain issues and the fact that it is too sedating. I need something less sedating that still enables sleep and stabilises my mood without major side effects.
