I met with a second psychologist last Friday and I have to say, it was a relief to talk about my anxiety and self-esteem troubles to him, someone who's open-minded and easygoing (psychologists on campus). With the first one during Thanksgiving Week, I spilled all my worrying concerns to her such as a possible autism test (she brought it up, actually, nothing worrying about it, just wanted to mention it), anger management, difficulty in socializing, depression, etc. I only talked about my anxiety last week. So slow progress, but nonetheless, progress is a good step forward, I guess.

I have to wait for a month or so for group therapy sessions to begin next semester. Now that I've begun getting help, I'm just itching to find something to help me this December because maybe there's something I can do on my own while I wait?
