Now see...I didn't know it was called hospital acquired pneumonia. But that is one thing I hate about hospitals...you always end up with more than you went in with. A bit like a doctors surgery, a lethal place to go coz it's full of sick people. Doctors eh, they should come with a public awareness warning:
