Possible trigger:

I have a list on my phone notes of a bunch of little things I don't want to forget. Events, inside jokes, a lot of "that time that..."
It helps me jog my memory when it feels like I can't remember anything.
I don't look at it very often because it's still really really emotional for me, but I go through it on the anniversary.
