Dont fight it -go get help and if you are not on meds may wont to think about looking in to it.. It can take awhile to find which ones work for you. I have a wife and 5 kids lived with my bi-polar pretty well in till my early 30's then it just spun out of control I didn't get help and every year it got worst at one point I lost everything wife , kids , houses , cars , and job after job after years more of hard work I,m slowly getting my life back together. My story is just like alot of people I know . Some where in your late 20' to early 30's it just kicks into high gear . Take the right steps to get a handle on it now .If it doesn't get worst great but if it dose you will be ready.
