I would go to another doctor. So many times it takes several doctors to find an answer. Would it be possible for you to go to a new gynecologist? Look for a young gynecologist. A lot of times younger doctors are more willing to do more work to nail down a dx it seems. Talk to your friends and see if anyone can recommend a good doctor.

I always say if the first doc ain't helping, get a new one. They work for you. So fire them if they're not helping.

I don't know anything about getting that procedure done privately. I would really just get a new doctor if at all possible.
